About East Asheville Library

Your cozy neighborhood library

The East Asheville Library is a great neighborhood library adjacent to the East Asheville Center in the Haw Creek community.

Originally built in 1966, the library not only has a large circulation of books for you to peruse and checkout, but it's also known for its large collection of art books and extensive music collection.

Like all the Buncombe County Libraries, if we don't have the book you're looking for, we can order it from any of the other branch locations for your convenience.
