Buncombe County Law Library

The Buncombe County Law Library is a public law library—its mission is to serve the legal needs of the general public and the legal community.

The Law Library's collection emphasizes North Carolina materials. Access is through online databases and books.

The library provides the online databases free to patrons. North Carolina treatises are available, as well as state and appellate cases, statutes, local ordinances, regulations, law reviews, form books, and directories.

The Law Library is on the 10th floor of the Buncombe County Courthouse.
