Buncombe County Health and Human Services (HHS) invites qualified organizations to provide services to plan, create, implement, and evaluate a foundational public health course for North Carolina Local Government Public Health Employees. The course will incorporate the 10 essentials of public health and public health competencies. This will provide new employees with a public health foundation to build their future public competencies and professional development. Providing access to this critical education will support employees and increase retention.
