Buncombe County seeks proposals from interested parties to contract for the service of assisting individuals with substance use disorder to enter safe recovery housing and support individuals sustaining recovery and housing through assistance with access to basic resources for the social determinants of health, social support, healthcare (including MAT) and overdose prevention.
