Buncombe County EMS currently operates a fleet of 10 ambulances running approximately 29,000 calls equating to approximately 20,000 transports per year. We utilize a 3rd party billing company. We are seeking a vendor to provide collections services for accounts that are 120+ days past due. The vendor will receive the account information directly from the billing company. For the calendar years 2014 – 2018 we averaged 5,817 accounts referred for collections. For calendar year 2019 we are on track for referring in excess of 5,900 accounts for collections.
Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
