Community Partner Offers Free Access to Laundry Services
Through a partnership with Buncombe County, Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries is offering free, pre-loaded laundry cards to eligible residents who were utilizing the Owen Pool CCS.
The laundry cards can be used at Black Mountain Coin Laundry, which is located at 107 WNC Shopping Center Drive off Highway 70; the laundry is open 24/7.
Cards can be picked up in person at Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries at 101 North Ridgeway Avenue in Black Mountain from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday. They are also available by filling out the online intake form at this link or by scanning the QR code below.
