You don’t need to give up your fitness or workout routine just because COVID-19 has you spending more time at home. If you’ve got a library card and access to WiFi, it’s easy to stay active with digital resources. Search for the particular type of exercise such as yoga and then click "videos" in the left hand column. Sign in to check it out and see more options.
This option takes more steps, but has more videos. From the landing page, click on "videos," then select "Films on Demand Video Collection" at the top. This will take you to Access Video On Demand. Search for "workout" or the particular type of exercise you want to do and the results will pop up.
The library system also offers lots of exercise DVDs that can be checked out using curbside pickup service. Just click on "Library Catalog & User Account" on the Public Libraries homepage.
