Beer City Behavior at Sanctuary Brewing

If you’re a pet owner in Buncombe County, did you know the Asheville Humane Society is not just a place where you can adopt a pet or find shelter for one, but they also sponsor many great events throughout the year for pets and owners alike? Such as their Beer City Behavior series.

The next Beer City Behavior class is for cat-owners specifically, to learn all about communicating with your cat through non-verbal communication. It’s taking place on Saturday, August 26 at 1pm at Sanctuary Brewing in Hendersonville.

Join Dr. Anne Peden Symonds for this class that explores the various expressions of our feline friends and also how body language can influence their reactions to you. They will discuss some common signs that your cat might be stressed, as well as how to address some common behavior problems.
