Buncombe County can accept tax payments online making it easier for citizens to pay without having to visit the office in downtown Asheville.
The New Online Bill Pay can be accessed by clicking here.
To view your balance due: click "next" and enter the search criteria in the search box. To search using your bill number, enter the red digits located in the upper, left-hand corner of your tax bill. A search by last name is also available for your convenience.
*Please note, there will be a service fee for credit/debit cards processed using this service. The service fee is not part of your tax, and Buncombe County will not receive any portion of the fee associated with this payment service.
