Your Buncombe County Register of Deeds Office has rolled out an improvement to their eSearch that will give everyone the ability to view images more easily.
They're hopeful that the new viewer will allow computer and mobile devices to load images faster than the current system.
There are two things everyone may need to do differently with the new system:

If using an outdated internet browser, update to a modern browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer 9 and 10 should work fine as well. Click on the highlighted link above and download Chrome for free.

The printing functions might take a minute to get used to. In the new viewer, click the print button from within eSearch. You cannot click “File” then “Print” like you can with most programs, nor can you right click then print. Please review this helpful user guide for more details about the new viewer. Printing instructions can be found on page 4 of the user guide.
The Register of Deed's Office staff has heard great feedback from the counties who have recently gone live with this new program.
