Join Tom Tribble of the Audobon Society for a guided tour of the Elisha Mitchell Bird Sanctuary at Beaver Lake in Asheville. The tour is Saturday, April 25 at 9:00 am. This event is free to the public, so bring your binoculars and join us for a morning of birding!
The 10-acre Beaver Lake Bird Sanctuary is managed by the Elisha Mitchell Audubon Society, attracts waterfowl (especially after storms), migrating species, and a nice array of breeding birds. Donations will be accepted for the Audubon Society.
We'll meet at in the parking lot of the Sanctuary.
