Buncombe County is seeking bids from contractors that have prequalified to participate in the project titled Subtitle D Landfill Cell 7 Expansion and the C&D Landfill Phase 7 Expansion at the Buncombe County Solid Waste Management Facility. Only those who have met the prequalification procedure carried out by Buncombe County in October of 2021 are eligible to submit a construction bid for the Project.
