Buncombe County Health and Human Services seeks a contractor to assist with the services for preparing youth for transition to adulthood. The awarded contractor will serve as the primary agency responsible for the delivery of independent living services (LINK) per the John Chafee Foster Care Independence Act (Public Law 106-69).
