These documents are public record and range from real estate conveyances, deeds of trust, cancellations of deeds of trust, powers of attorney, assumed names, separation agreements, road maintenance agreements and many more.
To search, view and print these records, please visit our online document search. Watch a video tutorial on using our online document search. By North Carolina law, this office does not prepare nor change any documents; we are record keepers only. We are able to provide forms for Satisfactions and Assumed Name, but we are not able to assist in the preparation of these or any other documents.
