Library - Teacher Materials Request Form

Teachers of Preschool – High School students may complete the following resource request form. Our librarians will pull books and other materials relating to any area of classroom study, e.g. ancient Egypt, seasons, emotions or families.

Library staff have a high level of familiarity with our collection and can set materials aside for you, saving you time and energy. Best of all, the teacher request service is free!

Please allow one to two weeks for materials to be selected and placed on hold for your account. Some requests may take more time to fulfill, depending upon the availability of materials.
You will be notified by email when your materials are ready for pick up.
Your materials will be held in your name for one week.
You may review the materials and choose those that work best for you.
