MANNA Food Bank Empty Bowls

MANNA Food Bank has been an essential nonprofit serving Western North Carolina for over 30 years dedicated to educating and uniting people to end hunger in our region. They have a unique and memorable event coming up celebrating community and art, called Empty Bowls.

You can pick up a lunch or dinner ticket to the event, where attendees choose a handmade bowl by local artisans to enjoy a meal of soup, bread, and dessert. You can take the souvenir bowl home afterward. Everything for this event is donated, the soup, the restaurant space, the dessert, and the over 1,000 bowls. In addition to the bowls that each ticket holder can select and take home, there is a collector’s corner at Empty Bowls where special bowls will be available for purchase. 100% of the purchase price of these works of art go directly to MANNA Food Bank.

For more information about the event, or to purchase your ticket today, visit mannafoodbank.org. You can also give them a call at 828.299.3663.
