The office of the Register of Deeds has moved to 205 College Street in downtown Asheville across from the TD Bank Building at the round about. Parking is available at the County Parking Garage at 164 College Street. For more information call 250-4303 or visit their page on buncombecounty.org/rod.
This move is part of the creation of the Family Justice Center, opening in late January at 35 Woodfin Street. The justice center will enable victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse to access a range of government and community services at one location.
