Got an old TV you want rid of? Don't trash it, recycle it at the County Landfill.
The Buncombe County Landfill has been accepting old TV's for recycling for several years. Due to the increased cost of recycling the TV’s, the County will charge a small recycling fee for TV's dropped off beginning August 1.
T.V.’s 19” and under--- $5.00
T.V.’s 19” and above---$10.00
Not a bad deal to get rid of an old TV. For more information contact the Landfill staff at 250-5462.
