Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and response our commitment has been to continue to provide valuable services to our community while working to keep our clients and employees as safe as possible.
Our office is currently closed for in-person payment processing while we make changes to adapt to new public health guidance, but our tax professionals are always available during normal business hours to answer your questions. Call Tax Collections at (828) 250-4910 or email email@example.com. Visit us online at buncombecounty.org/tax to see all of our online resources.
If you are interested in a payment arrangement for your property taxes instead of paying in one lump sum, our staff is here to help. Annual tax notices will be mailed in August, setting up a payment plan can help you avoid interest and additional fees.
While the office is closed for in-person payments, we want to make you aware of the other options to send your payment in.
