Notice to Bidders:
Single Prime sealed proposals will be received by Buncombe County (“Owner) at the Conference Room located at 40 McCormick Place in Asheville, NC 28801 on November 29th, 2018 no later than 3:00 PM, for the Renovation of 50 Coxe Ave. in Asheville, NC.
The project consists of renovations to 50 Coxe Ave, an existing non-sprinklered building (approximately 10,000 SF).
Storage occupancy with limited office area for the Board of Election Offices.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Job Site.
