If homeownership feels overwhelming or unreachable, the Pathway to Home Ownership Fair is for you. If you have questions but don’t know where to start, this is your opportunity to ask the experts. Buncombe County, the City of Asheville, the Mortgage Bankers Association of WNC, and the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors have partnered to bring experts together to take the fear out of the home buying process for those first-time buyers.
The public is invited to this free fair. This will be a chance to learn more about Buncombe County’s Affordable Housing Services Program and the City of Asheville’s Down Payment Assistance program, as well as meet realtors, speak with lenders, get credit help, and gain valuable insight to put yourself on the pathway to homeownership.
