Get your costume ready for the Lake Monster Parade at Lake Tomahawk! On July 24, the Saturday before the parade, the Black Mountain Library will be hosting a monster-making workshop day outdoors on the library lawn. We'll have cold drinks, craft supplies, and volunteers to help make your monster costume.
This free event is part of our Summer Reading program, Tails & Tales. Supplies for the workshop are generously funded by The Friends of the Black Mountain Library. The Lake Monster Parade will be July 31 at 11 a.m. at Lake Tomahawk Park in Black Mountain. Fun for the whole family, and everyone is invited.
