Where you live determines what is on your ballot. There are currently 7 state and federal districts, 3 local districts, 6 municipalities, a water district and multiple school districts all just in Buncombe County!
The districts your home is in may be different from that of your neighbor. In addition, during primaries the ballot you receive depends on what party you are registered as. This means that two people living in the same home registered as different parties would get different ballots.
