Buncombe County Libraries will be opening based on staff within walking or safe driving distance. Notices will be posted on each library Facebook and web pages. Pack, West Asheville, Fairview, South Buncombe, Weaverville, and Black Mountain Libraries will be opening at 10:00 with full or reduced staff.
Leicester may open at noon if staff can make it by then.
Swannanoa and North Asheville will be closed.
East Asheville, Oakley and Enka will open if/when staff arrive.
