What is a "Wicable"? It's an easy and fun recipe....using ingredients that are part of the WIC Nutrition Program.
Red Split Lentil Baby Puree:
Here are your ingredients!
Makes 9 servings.
1 cup red split lentils
2-3 cups of water
PREPARATION
Pour lentils and water into pot. Bring to boil, then let simmer 15 minutes or until lentils are mush. Pour lentils into blender or food processor & puree. Add water until mix is smooth. Pour puree into freezer-friendly containers to save for later!
