Children and families in Buncombe County deserve to be healthy, to have economic stability, and to achieve their goals. Yet, they often face obstacles and barriers on their path. So to help bypass those obstacles, the YWCA wants to invite you to join their Empower Hour.

The Empower Hour is a one-hour program and tour where you will experience firsthand the YWCA's work to overcome barriers and to promote health, nurture children, and create opportunities for women in the community. It will inform and engage you so that you have the tools you need to become a partner in this important network. You will NOT be asked to make a financial contribution. You will, however, be asked for feedback and advice after you visit.
