The Western North Carolina Regional Air Quality Agency (WNCRAQA) office has moved to 52 Coxe Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801. Parking is available at our office in spaces marked ‘reserved’ towards the back of the building. Additional parking is available on Coxe Avenue in front of the building. Demolition, renovation, and asbestos removal permits are still being issued out of the County Building Permit office at 30 Valley Street, Asheville.
