Non-native invasive plants have been introduced into North Carolina and are causing problems for our native plant & animal species. These plants are backyard bullies & are taking over our natural areas, parks, forests, urban environments, yards & gardens.
This practical hands-on approach using “live” examples of these plants will teach you how to recognize & identify the most common invasive plants in our area & how to manage & reduce their spread.
