Paper is a strong, versatile material to craft with. In this workshop you will turn a flat sheet of paper into a beautiful 3 dimensional gem that lights up! Use your battery powered light as a nightlight or glowing guide this holiday season.

This paper engineering class will teach you how to design and build a basic circuit using an LED, battery pack, switch and soldering iron. We’ll apply origami techniques to paper to make 3D structures. This workshop will be taught by Christa Flores of Mountain Makers and all materials will be provided.

Our classes are free, but registration is required. Use this link or call 828-250-4718 to sign up.
