Board of Commissioners' Meetings Recap (Feb. 4, 2020)

Board of Commissioners’ Pre-Meeting (Feb. 4, 2020)

Beginning in 2019, the Buncombe County Board of Commissioners began to conduct pre-meetings to get more information from staff on discussions taking place during future regular meetings. While no formal votes and no public comment take place during these meetings, by recording them, it is a better way to inform the public of upcoming County discussions. It is also a more transparent look into local governing processed. Pre-Meetings take place on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 3 p.m. at 200 College St., room 326 in downtown Asheville.
