At this Pre-Meeting, Buncombe County Fire Chiefs requesting a tax increase presented to the board, a tax collection agreement was discussed, and there was also a presentation about strategic partnership grants and economic development. Pre-Meetings take place on the day of Regular Commissioner meetings in the afternoon. No public comment is taken and no actions are voted on by the Board of Commissioners during these meetings.
