Expungement Clinic Offers Opportunity to Clear Your Criminal Record - April 3

A free expungement clinic could help you clear hurdles for employment, housing, and more. It will give you the chance to learn if a past criminal charge or conviction can be erased from your criminal record, or if you can entirely delete your criminal record. If you can’t attend this clinic, Buncombe County’s Justice Resource Center is a one-stop facility for assistance with expungement and a variety of other services including:

  • Case management.
  • Career and educational navigation.
  • Community service coordination.
  • Diversion services.
  • Evidence-based classes and education.
  • Public benefits access.
  • Re-entry services.
