If you're a gardener who thinks they grow the best flowers in Buncombe County, the Office of Cooperative Extension has a great floral design workshop series to instruct on innovative ways to present your finest flowers for competition.
The class is taking place on Tuesday, July 26 from 10AM - 12PM at the WNC Ag Center, at 1301 Fanning Bridge Road in Fletcher. More specifically at the David Event Center, located at Gate 5.
Bring your flowers, supplies, and containers for instruction on how to enter your floral designs, with a special discussion on selecting a designing category from the Fair catalog. You will also learn about designing within a focal color range.
