The Council on Aging provides basic maintenance for the health and safety of seniors in Buncombe County.
Minor home repair and yard maintenance is provided by volunteers and the Council on Aging’s handyman to make seniors’ homes safe and secure. Some of the services provided are:

installing grab bars and safety rails

and general maintenance to lower a senior's risk of falling
