NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
By virtue of an Warrant for Collection of Taxes issued to the undersigned Sheriff on the 6th day of March, 2013 from the Clerk of Superior Court of Buncombe County in the above-entitled action, I will on the 8th day of May, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at the door of the Buncombe County Courthouse in Asheville, North Carolina, offer for sale at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash, all rights, title, and interest that Steven E. Baldash now has or at any time at or after the docketing of the judgment in the action had in the following property, lying and being in Buncombe County, North Carolina:
On Spring Cove Rd. PIN# 9740-93-5393-00000 / Deed Book 2083 Deed Page 0529; Plat Book 0073 Plat Page 0020 / 0.40 Acres Lot / near Wolfebridge Ln.
This property is being sold subject to all prior liens and encumbrances pending against the property.
The highest bidder at the sale will be required to make a cash deposit in the amount of 10% of his bid, with the remaining amount due on tender of the deed.
