Sealed bids for the New Classroom Building at the Buncombe County Public Safety Training Facility will be received until 2:00pm, Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at the Buncombe County Planning Department at 46 Valley Street, Asheville, NC, 28801, at which time all bids received will be opened publicly and read promptly.
Bid documents are now available. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013, beginning at 2:00pm at the Buncombe County Public Safety Training Facility’s Apparatus Building’s Training Room at 20 Canoe Lane, Asheville, NC.
Complete sets of the Project Manual and Contract Documents for this project can be obtained from Legerton Architecture, P.A.
