Our office is currently closed for in-person payment processing while we make changes to adapt to new public health guidance, but our tax professionals are always available during normal business hours to answer your questions. Payment Arrangements
If you are interested in a payment arrangement for your property taxes instead of paying in one lump sum, our staff is here to help. Annual tax notices will be mailed in August, setting up a payment plan can help you avoid interest and additional fees.

While the office is closed for in-person payments, we want to make you aware of the other options to send your payment in.

- Drop box: Drop off your tax payment with the payment coupon in one of our two drop boxes located in downtown Asheville.
