Need Help? We Still Have Technical Assistance, Equipment Rentals, & More

From Soil & Water:

It’s no surprise that our new “normal” is ever-changing. We want you to know we are here for you! Although our offices are closed to the public, we continue to work tirelessly for our community. Below are the services we continue to provide:

Technical Assistance: We are still taking calls to our office line 828-250-4785. If you need immediate technical assistance please email Anthony Dowdle at Anthony.dowdle@buncombecounty.org.

Equipment Rentals: YES! We are still doing equipment rentals. All our rentals are being cleaned between uses. We changed our process to reduce the amount of face to face contact. We also suggest those who are utilizing the equipment to please wear gloves if possible. Please call the office and we will work with you to process the agreement virtually. If you would like to schedule an equipment rental please call our office.

Friends of Agriculture Breakfast: Our May Friends of Agriculture breakfast will be cancelled due to COVID-19. This decision was not easily made, but we felt it was necessary to protect our community.  We are still hoping you can all join us in August, however we may need to reevaluate if this crisis continues.

We are encouraged by the resilience in our community. We know there has been unusual stress placed on the agriculture community. To see the innovative ways our community has transformed businesses and is extending services to our community. If there is any way we can support you please let us know. Feel free to contact any of us with your concerns, questions and/or suggestions. We look forward to a return to regular business soon, however in the meantime we will continue to regularly monitor the phone lines and our email. We are always just a call or click away!
