The Buncombe County Board of Commissioners is committed to removing barriers to civic engagement. To promote community participation at Board of Commissioner meetings (regular scheduled monthly meetings and work sessions), the Board will provide parking passes for the Buncombe County Parking Garage at 164 College St., for those attending those meetings, or bus passes for those who do not own a car. The Clerk to the Board (or his/her designee) will be responsible for the recording and distributing of passes.
