Single Prime sealed proposals will be received by Buncombe County (“Owner”) at the Conference Room located at 40 McCormick Place, Asheville, NC on August 28, 2019 no later than 3:00 PM, for construction of the Renovation of Hall Fletcher Elementary School in Asheville, NC; at which time and place bids will be opened and read.
An open pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 10:30 AM. at the Hall Fletcher Elementary School located at 60 Ridgelawn Road, Asheville, NC 28806.
