Buncombe County is seeking qualified vendors for a new Enterprise Information Management System. Please find attached a copy of our Request for Proposal (RFP).
The complete instructions for the process and information requested are contained within the attached RFP documents.
Please note that we asking for an email confirmation of your receipt of this RFP as soon as possible.
Additionally, we request communication whether you intend to propose by April 27, 2016.
The deadline for written, emailed questions is May 9, 2016.
The proposal due date is 4:00pm EST May 27, 2016. Please note that the total size of all attached documents must not exceed 25MB per email (50 MB if compressed).
