Eblen Charities will once again partner with the Buncombe County Health and Human Services (BCHHS) to assist families in need of heating assistance. Last year, the Eblen Heating Assistance Program heating and utility assistance provided help to more than 7,000 families in our community.
Clients can visit the Eblen Charities-Waddell Client Service Center at 50 Westgate Parkway to apply. Applications will be accepted Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 pm. Please bring a photo ID, the Social Security number of everyone in the home, your power bill, and proof of income.
