Pizza Please!

What is a "wicable"?  It's an easy and fun recipe....using ingredients that are part of the WIC Nutrition Program.   

Here are your ingredients!

Serves 2:

2 whole-wheat tortillas
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tomato, sliced
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, shredded

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pierce tortillas with a knife and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 minutes or until crisp. Spread tomato paste evenly on both tortillas. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Add a layer of tomato and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
