The Buncombe County Commissioners joined Tara Jabs, who, along with her two children, will be the new home owner of the City/County house.
The house will be the last Habitat for Humanity built home in the Hudson Hills Development in West Asheville and was dedicated to the efforts and support of the local governments.
The Commissioners were joined by Ms. Jabs on April 5 and had the opportunity to sign one of the 2x4s that would become a permanent part of the roof in her house.
