The Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority Board, created by Session Law 2012-121, has overall financial and policy-making responsibilty and oversees the management and operation of the Asheville Regional Airport.
Members of the Board are appointed by the Asheville City Council, Buncombe County and Henderson County Commissioners. These members appoint an at-large member and are accepting applications for this position.
The appointment would be for four years. Board meetings are held at 8:30 a.m. on the scond Friday of each month at the Airport.
