REQUEST FOR FORMAL PROPOSAL
Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina Section 143-129.8 as amended, sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the County of Buncombe on the following:
Digital Radio Communications System for Detention Facility

Proposal is due by 3:00 PM (EST), March 6, 2015.
Complete specifications and instructions may be obtained from the Buncombe County electronic bidding system. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Buncombe County Electronic Bidding System. The system can be accessed at the Buncombe County website.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM (EST). The deadline to register to attend the pre-bid conference is Thursday, February 12, 2015 by 3:00 PM (EST). Each vendor is limited to 2 participants at the pre-bid conference. All attending pre-bid need to sign and submit Buncombe County IT’s Non-Disclosure prior to the conference.
