The list of tax liens will run in the Weaverville Tribune and the Leicester Leader beginning with the March 19 issue.
The advertisement will contain the owner of record of January 1, 2015 or any new owner if purchased after that date. Taxes became delinquent on January 6, 2015 and notices were sent to the owners of record as of that date.
To avoid advertisement, full payment of the taxes due must be received in the Tax Office no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015.
