All counties in North Carolina are required to revalue property periodically. The reappraisal process began over a year ago with the review of information used to determine each property’s value.
Real property includes land, buildings, structures and improvements. Notices of reappraisal values are on their way to property owners.
The Schedule of Values, Standards and Rules and the timeline for the reappraisal is attached below along with the Citizen's Reappaisal Guide that will help you understand the process.
