In September of last year the Buncombe County Soil and Water Conservation District helped the Leicester Community Center with a grant from the Community Conservation Assistance Program to repair a gully that was eroding the stream bank and undercutting existing trees. In this news update we see the Erwin High School's FFA program get some hands-on experience in their horticulture education while giving back to their community.
