The Buncombe County’s Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating an area missing juvenile. Rishika Elizabeth Mitra, DOB 2-26-2000, was reported missing to the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office on September 21 around 8:30 am by her guardian.
Rishika was last seen the morning of September 21 in the Barnardsville area. Rishika is an Indian female, 5’5”, 110 lbs, with black, shoulder-length hair and black eyes; a description of the clothing she has on is unknown, but she might have a burnt orange backpack on her person. Foul play is not suspected.
